 NO BAKE PROTEIN BARS

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups quick cooking oats
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 4 scoops of protein powder

        (Vanilla and Cookies & Cream tastes great, too!)

  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • ½ Cup of water

Directions:

  • Knead all ingredients together in a bowl
  • Line square baking pan with wax paper
  • Spread into pan using a spatula
  • Freeze for 30 minutes
  • Remove from freezer and cut into bars

Ingredients:                                                 

  • 1 cup – sliced fresh strawberries                      
  • 1 medium banana, peeled                                  
  • ½ cup of nonfat milk                                          
  • 1 scoop – chocolate protein powder                 
  • ½ cup of ice 

                                                          

Directions:                                                                 

  • Add berries, bananas and milk to a blender        
  • Process for about 30 seconds
  • Add protein powder
  • Blend for 15 seconds or until incorporated
  • Add ice and blend until smooth
  • Serve immediately
