BODY-FIT - This circuit workout leads you through sev­eral high inten­sity strength and car­dio exer­cises designed to chal­lenge your strength and endurance while burn­ing lots of calo­ries. The work­out moves quickly, tak­ing you from one exer­cise to the next with lit­tle or no rest. We will use stair steps, dumb­bells, barbells, X-Fit rings, plyo boxes, kettle bells, body weight, and all sorts of bal­anc­ing devises. These work­outs are effi­cient because you work your entire body– heart and muscles–by going from one exer­cise to another with no rest. In BODY-FIT your challenge is to take your body to its limit...the difference lies in the intensity. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calo­ries like crazy. Circuit changes each class so you are never bored. No experience required. As challenging as you want to make it!

 

Muscle Conditioning - Define and condition your muscles within a group setting.  This core strength and conditioning class will not only improve your strength, but also coordination, balance and muscular endurance. This class is a blend of CARDIO and RESISTANCE. Work muscles you didn't even know you had!  Great for all fitness levels. 

 

Gentle Stretch & Relaxation - Press the pause button on your life and enjoy a good stretch!  Improve your flexibility and your muscle tone as your stress melts away.  CLASS TIME: 30 Min.

 

Senior Stretch & Tone - This gentle, easy to follow low-impact stretch and strength class is designed to help increase flexibility & joint mobility; improve balance, coordination & core stability; and improve breathing & endurance.  Classes are geared towards Seniors; however, any age may attend.
